Overview MHealth Fairview Adult Outpatient Mental Health Programs offers the full continuum of outpatient mental health and addiction services to patients. As patients seek care, they complete a diagnostic assessment to determine an appropriate level of care to address their clinical needs. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team serving the most acute outpatient population of patients. The licensed psychotherapist provides patients whom have been referred to Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and / or Day Treatment with timely access to care, an introduction to group-based services, crisis stabilization, self-awareness, treatment planning and support engagement. The licensed psychotherapist will recommend the appropriate group / milieu placement for their continuous care. Groups and services may be provided by a multi-disciplinary team including the Psychotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse and a Psychiatrist. Services are currently offered via telehealth and providers are encouraged to work remotely. As we return to in-person care this position will be conveniently based out of the St. Joes and Riverside West hospitals.
