The Physician assigned to a Multidisciplinary Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Team, is directly responsible to, and will be supervised by, the Home Based Primary Care Medical Director. The Psychiatrist will function as an independent provider for clinical psychiatric services within the Iowa City VA HCS HBPC Program stationed at either the Bettendorf, IA (Quad Cities); Quincy, IL; or Ottumwa, IA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). Location to be determined upon selection.
