Therapist position completing dual diagnosis assessments for adolecsents. This position will split time between Crystal and Maplewood with some telemedicine as well. 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week.
Responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, determines clinical interventions, facilitates group, indiviudal, and familytherapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages case.
Responsible for develpment of transition/discharge plan
Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts
Functions as an interdisciplinary team member
Devlops treatment plan, documentation of client services and care
Must have adolescent development 30 hour training or education in course work.
MA/MS/MSW/MPS in Social Services related fieldand in process of obtaining licensure
150 or more supervised hours in adolescent treatment program
