The Active Management of Pain (AMP) Psychologist position will support a new initiative to provide a coordinated approach to multimodal chronic pain management through close, interprofessional collaboration with a Physical Therapist. Clinical care will be provided through a combination of virtual/telehealth and in-person services as part of an interprofessional specialty pain care team in the Biopsychosocial Model of Pain Care and VA Stepped Care Model for Pain Management. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
