The research investigator position is established within the Office of the Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS) for Research and Development. The focus of the position is to pursue approved research programs and to conduct clinical research that produces results that can be disseminated with the aim to better understand the needs of Veterans and/or VA providers in servicing Veterans and to improve the health and outcome and well-being of Veterans. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
