Job SummaryPromotes and maintains the mental and social health of Geisinger clinical staff through counseling, education, and program development. Specializes in trauma informed care, burnout, and mitigation and management of behavioral health conditions. Oversees programs to support provider professionalism, mental well-being, and psychological safety.
