The Nemours Center for Associate Well-being is seeking a well-qualified doctoral level Psychologist to join our team to provide individual, group and organizational level support to all associates and trainees. This role will provide interventions to promote emotional well-being, connect associates to available resources, address emotional distress, and enhance resilience. This position supports Nemours Associates (Healthcare Workers), not pediatric patients. The Associate Wellbeing Specialist supports Center initiatives to cultivate an environment conducive to optimizing the experience of providing exceptional care, with a focus on creating and delivering programming that helps mitigate the drivers of burnout
